Roxie ~New OC And Maybe A New Main OC~

I can't believe I spelt accessories wrong XD
I apologize!!!! I know in the middle of a design contest you shouldn't make any characters but, made a new free LineART and I really wanted to make some adopts from it but, I ended up keeping this one! I couldn't resist! This may be a new main OC of mine. I'd have two, ToxicWaste and then Roxie. I just really like how Roxie looks T^T You will most likely be seeing a lot of her!

Past: Roxie was born and raised in the government. She is the result of many animals combined! Such as, Black Wolf, Horse, Linx, Tiger, Lion, Lizard, Bat, and many chemicals combined! She was a failed creation and marked as FAIL. She was still raised by the scientists anyways cause one thought she had great potential plus, who knows what would happen if they were to kill her. One day the Government found that the Scientist who saved Roxie's life and named her was hiding some confidential information so, they took him away while he was about to feed Roxie. Them taking him away from her angered her and caused her to break out. What the government didn't know was, Roxie was the one object that could not only start a world war but, she could also win it in seconds. She ended up blowing up the government head quarters. She rose from the destroyed, flaming, building with the scientist in her jaws, making sure not to crush him. She lightly set him down only to find out, he was killed in the explosion, she had killed her father, her carer, the only thing she cared about. She screeched, angry at herself and the government. She ended up opening a vortex, curious she walked into it. When she came out the other end, she found herself in a beautiful world, with no humans. A world called Subarashī sekai meaning Great World.(ToxicWaste/Jazabel's home planet).
